Semen on Your Face? That’s Not A Crime…

An Ennis doctor sedated 21 women. Molested them all.

Aniruddha Chitale

One woke up with semen on her face. She sued. Our district attorney said that wasn’t evidence of a crime. I’m not making this up. He said it to the Dallas Morning News last year.

Rodney Pat Ramsey thinks that is absolutely asinine. He’s right. If a woman was knocked out, the doctor performing God knows what on her, and semen was splashed onto her face, that would be a crime right?

Male readers: if that was your mom or your wife or your girlfriend, would that be a crime to you?

It happened just recently. Our DA said there wasn’t a crime.

  • Didn’t Super Dave work that case? WWASD?

  • This doctor has violated the terms of his probation and the probation office and the DA are aware.
    1. Failed lie detector test administered by community supervision.
    2. Harassed victims repeatedly by phone.
    3. Never has obtained employeement.
    4. Probation requires absolutely no internet. He has internet which he uses in his home.
    5. Never has paid restitution to victims as required by probation guidelines.

James Leonard, the attorney who sexually assaulted two young girls and was given ten years probation has failed to register with the DPS and is listed on the sex offender registry as whereabouts unknown. That’s Joe Grubbs idea of justice.

  • where do you get your info?

I’m not sure where you are getting your information Victim, but there are a few things I’d like to point out:
    1. Ellis County CSCD does not administer lie detector tests. Probationers are required to have the polygraph administered by trained personnel at Counseling Center of Ellis County.
    2. Registered sex offenders on probation are allowed to have internet in their home, however, a monitoring system is required to be on their computer.
    3. He has paid several thousand dollars ahead on restitution.

  • This is a political advertisement.:o.., ugly campaign ahead I guess? Thanks for adding facts to the reporting “where do you get your info”.

  • I have my information from sworn court testimony by his Counselor and the probation office is aware of this failure. Chitale paid thousands of dollars to the county and not his victims. Some victims were told to give their bills for counseling to the Probation office and they would give them a check. The bills were handed in and Mrs. Crow said they were at a loss as to what to do with them. Chitale has specific special restrictions available through the court that state, “ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET ACCESS”. You are welcome to get the information on you own. I suppose you looked up James Leonard on the sex offender registry and have no reply for that.

  • So much for Ramsey taking the high road and not running a smear campaign.

  • I don’t know Ramsey. I’m only posting the “CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM” as I have experienced it and have facts and paperwork to back it up. A good idea would be for people to look at FACTS and not to go by the good ole boy system. The good ole boy system is allowing sex offenders remain in our communities only to put our children at risk. It has gotten out of control the future of our communities is in question.
    Victims of sexual assault are…

Three times more likely to suffer from depression.Six times more likely to suffer from post traumatic stress disorder.
Thirteen times more likely to abuse alcohol.
Twenty-six times more likely to abuse drugs.
Four times more likely to contemplate suicide.

  • Just a guy, this is The Ellis County Observer. I published this post.

    Rodney Ramsey did not.

Rodney Ramsey had no say-so in this post.

Therefore, he is not negatively campaigning.

He is, however, exposing this injustice.

But as far as this post is concerned, it’s 100% mine.

  • Evidence of semen on one’s face, while incriminating, does not necessarily indicate a crime. How much semen was found and how it got there would indicate whether or not sexual assault was involved. If it got there via ejaculation, than it would unquestionably be sexual assault, but it is plausible that trace amounts of semen could be transferred by other means. We can’t come to an informed conclusion without knowing more details, but we presume this was part of the DA’s thinking when he decided against bringing the case to trial.

  • “Male readers: if that was your mom or your wife or your girlfriend, would that be a crime to you?”

It is a crime regardless to whom it happened. If there was no consent, there was a violation, and that’s a crime. This is obvious. What is not obvious is why I, as a male reader, have to imagine my mom or wife being violated in order to sympathize with the victim. Are you implying that, because I am a male, I will think that is ok to do something like this? The DA did not considered it a crime because he is insensitive SOB, not because he is a male (no, they’re not the same). This prejudiced remark to your male readers only shows that insensitive prejudiced people comes in both genders.
