Fox 4 News tells me that if one of the witnesses in the sheriff’s office does not come forward with information on the Grubbs/Hellstern deal, there will not be a story. Reporter Brandon Todd (Cell: 817-800-9821 E-Mail: brandon.todd@foxtv.com) said they would muzzle the voice up or put someone behind a dark screen to conceal the identity, but those witnesses who were in the meeting with County Attorney Joe Grubbs should consider what this will do if no one stands up.
I know some might be concerned about job security, but what’s more important? Doing the right thing or continually allowing the powers-that-be to cover stuff up?
Since defense attorneys lie, I am not holding my breath on ex-DA-turned-defense-atty Mary Lou Shipley admitting that she was at the meeting that ultimately kept this information out of the public and off the newspaper headlines (until Friday of last week and this Thursday’s paper).
Of course, if Sheriff Ray Stewart did not see the file or his department did not file with the DA’s office (class C misdemeanors don’t go to the DA’s office, but pressure from the DA’s office to file these alleged sexually lewd actions as a Class C could have been the logical step), then there’s a cover-up in the sheriff’s office.
There’s more to the story than what people aren’t saying. Folks at the ECSO know there’s a cover up. People in the DA’s office know there’s a cover up.
When I find out where the bodies are buried, I’m going to expose them. The longer people keep their mouths shut, the more impact it will be when I finally bust open everything.

No surprise here. Ray Stewart is one of the most corrput individuals in Ellis County. Much more so than all of those you normally target surprised it’s took you this long to figure out.

Never heard Ray Stewart was corrupt. new some of his family memebers. Some of the nicest people I ever met.

I for one have yet to meet an honest Politician, Sheriff, Judge, DA’s etc.
So much corruption down there, I call it a hellhole. That is not to hurt or offend the good people. I just know what they have done to my familysince 1989. I know the day is coming when their numbers will come up. It’s call COMEUPPANCE!
I AM WAITING FOR THAT DAY. JOEY, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
If only more people would stand up and demand accountability and responsiblity, you know, having to do the same as all of us.

They think if they throw enough slanderous stuff out there, people will actually start to believe it.
