I just don’t understand the thought process of Joe Grubbs. His JOB is to PROTECT the individuals of the county from criminals. It doesn’t matter if the person committing the crime is a doctor or a psychiatrist who is supposed to be helping someone who is gravely ill. I can’t imagine the pain this woman must have gone through only to have the crime tossed out. Joe Grubbs and his office wanted the Chitale case tossed out too but Chitale opened his big mouth during the grand jury hearing and admitted to the DNA being present on the victim. That really hacked Wilson and Maxfield off. With no explanation for the EVIDENCE the grand jury came back with an indictment. I bet the DA’s office made the victim of Dr. Hacker feel like it was all her fault. It’s disgusting!!!
