Dear GOP Members & Others,
Attached is the list of election judges as is. If there is a telephone number below the name and address; that person has been called and said they will work. If there is a notation next to the telephone number that means - left a message, waiting on a return call. The gaps are I don’t know who to call. If you are available (Or know of someone available) to volunteer working at an election location that needs a judge please call Jane Anderson at The elections office # 972-923-5195 as soon as possible.
Time is running out. Letters need to be mailed this week so people will have time to set up their schedule for training. We will be asking the workers to reserve their seat since we only have room for 40. We have to train over 260 workers.
Please help out by helping the party find election judges for the locations still open.
