The registered voters The Ellis County Press used to blanket Midlothian this week — 2,000 GOP primary voters to be exact — were siphoned into a mail program and separated by street name, neighborhood, precinct, etc. Duplicate voters (two or three voters per household) were eliminated into one voter-one-address (saves $ on direct mail) and now are available to candidates for $100.

$100 is pretty cheap considering you’ve got Midlothian’s highly conservative voting bloc separated by neighborhoods.
