Retired Ennis Police Chief Dale Holt is the last person that needs to be in an elected office. Of course, I’m only referring to the Blogger version of the ECO and the side-links as proof.
The 5th district, or ward, is currently represented by Commissioner Stephen Durbin, who was caught - and later admitted to - videotaping employees changing in his Ennis dental office.

Wasn’t Holt the police chief when Smith botched the investigation of the sex offender doctor? That was a fiasco!!!!

Who cares which one it was, the point is that the Ennis PD had just as much a hand in covering the Dr. Chitale case up than anyone.
Those who knew about what was going on inside that department are just as guilty in my view.
Unless of course they’re secretly leaking documents to me
