My first council meeting in my soon-to-be-new city was by far the most entertaining meeting I’ve been to in a long time.
Palmer Police Chief Scott Lynch was nitpicked on how he treated officers — at a few times I thought I walked into a daycare and not a council meeting. But as soon as the video is uploaded, I can explain things better.
