County commissioners need to request a copy of Commissioners Court Order No. 20162 — dated May 22, 2000.

* Waller and Cornelius were later censured by the local Republican Party (the Waxahachie Daily Pravda never reported that) for their support and votes of a 30% tax increase that spurred the rollback election.
Countywide zoning is a very big issue to me personally, but politically, it can make or break a candidate. Folks remember the Superconducting SuperCollider days when eminent domain was used to throw people out of their homes and off their properties. Zoning was also staunchly opposed in this county.
Commissioners, do some research on this ordinance; it allows for the Department of Development to hire a “Nuisance Administrator” to handle this stuff.
