John Droll, a councilman in Italy, told The Ellis County Observer today that Cynthia Olguin is accepting the city secretary position in Red Oak.
Just hope she’s up to date on open records laws.

Don’t be so hard on Olguin. If most people had to deal with the city of Italy on a daily basis they’d be bald from pulling their hair out
