Greetings,
I know many in rT common law ct. mean well, but for over a decade the BEST paperwork of every conceivable kind has been filed against these thugs that call themselves “public servants” only to be used as toilet paper and thrown back in our faces. The court continues to seek money damages against individuals that have wronged them through their kidnapping, imprisoning etc., of Texians with no real progress being made.
I have said for over a couple years now that unless we put teeth in the law with arrest & imprisonment for these criminals we can have NO justice. All these criminals fear is force. We can continue to file paperwork with only the same results.
Again I present the case of the most heinous mass murderers, Janet “Butch” Nero… I mean Reno and the Clintons and their cohorts that murdered 86 men women and children at Waco. Until we can enforce justice and put away or execute murderers to protect Texians our court will continue to be a joke.
I have offered to be deputized and help serve the warrant on Reno the Clintons, Mark Clark or whomever we can convict before the Grand Jury. No one has taken me seriously. I want to know why. I have offered my services to help serve the warrants and bring the murderers to justice, what else does it take?
The war has been raging since Waco and we will not fire a single shot to defend ourselves as a nation. How can any citizen take the nation serious if it will not even provide the most basic of Rights to insure justice will be swiftly and firmly pursued against these most heinous of criminals? Even the our Great God Yahweh called for His chosen to enforce the law against such criminals. As a minister I must ask are you going to continue to be afraid to enforce the most basic of law for fear of getting your hands dirty?
The 10 Commandments are very clear that we should do NO murder, but we are required to execute murderers to protect the innocent. I have no problems helping to bring these criminals in and even tying the knot the will swing from if convicted. I cannot do it by myself. I will stand and fight against the assassins they might send to rescue those thugs who are convicted and make sure the verdict is carried out. But we can NOT continue to be lukewarm in our enforcement of the law because even God will not bless our actions if we will not stand as He has ordered lawmakers and officials of a nation to act.
Is there anyone that will stand with me and be counted?

It would be like standing with David Koresh at Waco. You say the Feds killed them. I say the Feds had a warrant and Koresh and his people made a choice to disreguard it. Koresh lied to the Feds, lied to his own people and evidently lied to himself since Koresh (Vernon Howell) wasn’t even his real name. People that give their paychecks and their teenage daughters to a man that claims to be their savior need to be checked. Koresh was from a group of radical religious leaders that broke away from the Seventh Day Adventists Church. His predecessor was eventually arrested for murder. I don’t see how anyone could condone such a cult. As for the mass murder, who do we blame for the four dead officers who were doing their job. So, if anyone decides to defy a search warrant and shoot at the officers, it would be OK.
Agreed, there were many mistakes and bad calls made that day, but they were initiated from both sides. A lot of lies and propaganda has been around since then, but I revert back to the beginning, “Did the agents have the right to be there and execute a legal search warrant”?

I wouldn’t have stopped at the four ATF agents.
I would have wasted all of my ammunition and weaponry had the federal government sent their tanks and their agents and their military on my property.
These Sabbath-keeping, Holy Day-keeping fringe people were well within their rights as individuals and as assembled religious group to participate in what they were doing.
Charlotte, and anyone else reading this or paying attention to ’93′s massacre, I would watch Waco: The Rules of Engagement and then Waco: A New Revelation if you want to see the real truth about what happened in Waco.
Those people were lunatics, yes, and fringe, yes. But what the federal government did was worse than anything I’ve ever seen.
But the only downside to having all of those weapons was that they didn’t use all of it when it counted. No one seems to care that the Clinton Administration used the damn military on U.S. citizens. That was a military operation, much like OKC in ’95 and Columbine in ’99.
Those who fail to learn their history are doomed to repeat it a la the FDLS raid in San Angelo that was also spurred by a “tip” of abuse.

So, by your description, if an agent comes to your house to execute a search warrant, you would have the right to kill them in lieu of being searched. This is what I get from your comment. Koresh knew of the impending search because of a leak from a reporter and he acted accordingly. If he had nothing to hide, was that worth dying to prove some sort of point?
I think we’re on two different wave lengths here, but I still stand by my previous comment,ie., the federal agents had good information of contraband at the site and were acting accordingly. Had the Davidians attacked or bombed a civilian building in protest of whatever, and civilians were killed, would the Feds have been chastised for not searching the compound and finding the contraband beforehand?
If Koresh had let the Feds in and they found contraband, Koresh and probably a few of his henchmen would have been arrested, but 87 innocent men, women, and children would be alive to practice whatever religion that was.

how is it these thugs keep acting under a false authority, thinking it true?
