Can anyone tell me how CPS is funded in Ellis county. Is it city, county or federal tax dollars? After listening to the Senator from Georgia speak about the problems in their CPS program, it seems likely that the ruthless actions of the CPS unit is all about money. The welfare of the children involved tends to be a side-effect of the CPS’ actions rather than a main goal. I would hate for any of this to be fact, but if any of the allegations in Kaufman county are true, then the FBI would do well in investigating this program.

This March 2, 2010 election is ultra important. Please go vote. If you have not yet seen this site some concerned citizens and parents have set up, please go look at it, it’s kaufman-tx.com. I am sure that you will see the importance of getting Howard Tygrett out of office when you read this. This guys has done so much damage to families and i think what they have on this site (kaufman-tx.com) may only be a small portion of the families he has destroyed.

That story alone makes me furious. Howard Tygrett is obviously a very unfit person. It will be important to vote against him this coming March 2. Thank you for this information! We should all spread the word. I heard the attorney running against Tygrett is a real good family man and fair.

Does judge Howard Tygrett have no shame? How many families does he feel he has to tear up before he gets his fat, lazy duff out of office? There are many within this system that are really hoping he loses this march 2 election. They say he falls asleep during important trials and does not rule fairly. I went to the kaufman-tx.com site and was also blown away by what I read about Howard Tygrett, and Linda Duggan and Eric Williams who I know. I am appalled.

Oh and Eric Williams is now running in this coming election to become JP for precinct 1 in Kaufman? This guy is worrisome. I read his campaign site after reading the stuff he is doing to families on the site you have on here at top (kaufman-tx.com). I guess Eric thinks that his credentials make up for his ripping apart parents and children???????

I fully agree that Tygrett must go. I was in his court with my nephew recently. My nephew was going through an unfortunate divorce. Tygrett stuck him with a far too high child support payment. Nearly 60% of what he earns! That’s not all, Tygrett believed the lies his ex was telling about him and all based on Linda Duggan’s standpoint which was obviously false. His ex wife has connections to Duggan and so Duggan is helping her get the kids away from my nephew so he has to do supervised visitations with Linda Duggan when he has never done anything to hurt those kids.

I have a very similar story of the corruption from Tygrett and Duggan. I divorced from my ex-wife with the typical 1st-3rd-5th weekend fathers are given. My ex-wife served me papers 2 weeks ago with a letter from Linda Duggan making up lies. She said I was mentally unstable and questioned my 4-year old son. She said my son does not want to see me, is scared of me, and that hewas screaming and crying in the hall before she even met him saying “I don’t want to see my dad”. This is totally false. She told all of these lies to the judge and he agreed with her. My ex’s father is very involved in campaign donations to Tygrett. I hired a lawyer from outside Kaufman Co. and was only allowed a short time on the stand. My lawyer saw Judge Tygrett write up the docket before I even took the stand. The judge suspended all contact with my son until a counselor (he appointed) says I am fit to see my son. We have another court date set in 45 days. I went to see the counselor today ($120) and he would not even talk about the situation with my ex and my son. He said he would only talk about me and my background. This needs to be stopped and we need to shed light on what is going on with this judge.
Other names involved with corruption include R.B Pool (lawyer), Dr. Robert Breen (family counselor).

I am appalled by the corruption in Kaufman county. I looked at that site (Kaufman-TX.com) and am livid about what Judge Tygrett is doing to people.

Someone needs to do something i have tried to email the govenor/senator about situtations in kaufman county jail..today 2-07-2012 a young man 27-29 yrs old died of not being able to breath in a single cell the same thing happened a week or so ago same age man and in the same cell died from not being able to breath..something is wrong these inmates may have commited a crime but do the deserve to die in the county jail a week apart and both from not being able to breath What is Happening here ?? The inmates get bonds so high the families cannot bail them out attorneys take it to the Da they won’t reduce the bonds so attorneys go to a judge and they raise the bonds even higher..All of this needs to be investigated by the State there needs to be some help sent in there…Please someone help!! This info is coming within the jail system !!!And lots of families are starting to talk about this corrupted system

A recent jury selection process for a case now being heard – 3/27/2012 has all the earmarks of what you speak of in this blog. This would be an OPPORTUNE time to have extra followers of this event.
I pray for the safety of the children and their parents.
