I want to help fight for children in our county, and I want to continue to show Child Protective Services that they will not violate the trust and the rights of parents and children. There is a long storied timeline of my involvement (via the newspaper and the blog) in CPS matters — on behalf of parents and children who are plucked out of the homes and turned over to deadbeats, drug-abusers and other sick elements. But, I want to renew the call to help those who have horror stories who want those stories to be told.
If the other papers won’t print it, I will. And I will make sure that every taxpayer has at their disposal the full list of employees/staff/investigators at the CPS offices in Ennis, Waxahachie and elsewhere, how much money they make and their resume information.
Some people fight family law cases in court. I fight them on the blog, and I’ve won every time through this medium. The most unaccountable organization second to the CIA is CPS. Well, they won’t escape scrutiny here. The People will know about CPS’ wayward ways…
And to those on the inside who are honest, who try to do what’s right, please rest assured that you are where God himself wants you to be. You have nothing to fear from me or this blog…but those on the inside of the beast know what’s going on. I can accept — and encourage — anonymous letters, e-mails, etc. No one has to know who sent it:

Just received a message containing this Web site link:

It’s a CPS horror story Web site, more than likely. Feel free to bookmark it…

On a related CPS topic
unfortunately,
homeschool parents deal with CPS probably more often than parents of publicly schooled kids.
unfortunately,
many folks in the community are still ignorant of the idea of homeschooling and buy into the moronic notion of some sadistic home based torture factory where the parent/anti-christ ties the kids to a chair and never lets them out to “Socialize” with other kids.
We, as homeschoolers, have a rapid response sheet on our wall next to our front door for such a visit from the CPS folks. It comes from a nat’l organization that protects the rights of homeschoolers known as HSLDA.
Our “rapid response sheet” gives the LEGAL details as well as responses to the CPS arguments and limitations of state sponsored concern for the child.
unfortunately,
Many times, law enforcement are brought in as an intimidation factor [simply by their presence] to aid the CPS agent in their job.
It is typical that CPS won’t show up with a bench warrant unless their’s is a clear cut case, which as anyone knows[then the police show up with CPS in tow {maybe???}, not the other way around] takes more than just the word of a “concerned neighbor” which can many times trigger an investigation as we saw reported with Brandy Lemmon.
unfortunately,
Yes, I believe that CPS has a valid use in our society today, but they need to be kept accountable (and on a short leash) as all governmental agencies should be.
“We the people” need to make sure that the burden of proof remains with the government to prove guilt, not with the average citizen to prove innocence.
Just ask anyone who’s had dealings with the IRS…
fortunately,
We here in Texas are blessed with the Texas homeschool law that states:
a homeschool is a privately run institution of education, and protected as such.
The powerful teachers unions must hate this law, since they get money based on the number of students in the classroom.
unfortunately,
There are states, however, that outright outlaw homeschooling.
fortunately or unfortunately,
Doesn’t this [in some way] conflict with the interstate commerce clause of the constitution???
I’m curious

*ahem*
just a minor correction:
homeschooling is legal in all states in America, but if you meant “state” as in any governmental entity on our globe, then you are correct that some nations outlaw homeschooling [such as Germany].
see ya later.

Sara Spector and her friends are about to get their asses hunted down for what they continue to do on my blog…
