I am so furious with my situation. I have the documents, all riddled with errors, forgeries and proof that Knize, Grubbs, D. Avery, CPS/HS’s Patty Stoval and the spineless, James Spivey! But, I would be remiss if I were to leave out, Supervising Probation, Tom Pavoldi. The “Cowboys,” had to violate State and Federal Laws in order to cover their butts. They had to get rid of my brother, but you idiotic, morons, we didn’t have a clue at anything at the time. You were safe, we were blind, but you chose not to risk it!

After fourteen months of my investigating, with much help, in this twenty year war, getting my hands on the documents, papers, etc., they tried to keep me from seeing, took over ten years and their determination of not revealing as much as possible. And, I still don’t have them all, but I have enough proof, that all my brother has to do is bench warrant himself, back to Waxi, if he has an attorney. I have done all the work, all the attorney has to do is show these documents, exposing their dirty deeds in breaking the laws, and my brother should walk out of that hellhole, as much as a free man that he was when he entered.

Yet Dan Altman was my best hope, for $2,000.00 to #3,500.00 to get the Parole records, which would help greatly, but I can do without them. They are fraudulent, full of errors and lies, but they would help. Apparently, Post Conviction is the most difficult and few have the knowledge it takes for this. Dan, knew my name and said, “I’ve never seen such a mess with your brother’s case.” Dan, you have seen nothing! But, I thank you for your kindness and concern. You are a gentleman!

But, again, I have enough to make the case. It should be the easiest job for any attorney, but, it takes money for anything and everything! What I would give to sit down with a real attorney and let him see just what I have! AGAIN, I KEEP NO ORIGINALS IN MY HOUSE!

All I have left is to write another book, this time with all the real names, and I assure you, it will not be pretty. It will be honest, as I can back up each allegation, the ineptitude of many high ranking elected officials. It begins in 1998, with John Ascroft, still in MO. and goes to the President of our so-called United States of America. Talk about an oxymoron! But, so be it. One has to do what one has to do. It’s even more important than ever, as I have four other horror stories to write, from none other than, your own back yard! But, I just lost a dear friend, Cathy Kennedy and I will keep the vow I made to her! I cannot bring her back, but I can expose her heartbreaking horror story, with all the credits, compliments of the “Cowboys,” in office. And, as with my brother, NO EVIDENCE! But shucks, down there, they just make up the rules as they go. God as my witness, I will die taking you down, if that’s what it takes!

Let’s remove everyone on the board and replace them with students from the middle schools and high schools. Surely they will be more efficient and be able to work better together than the present board.
